The Vision
Smoort started when S.F., a ServiceMinder franchisee, hired us on Upwork to automate her repetitive manual work. We built her a Windows app — route optimization, appointment changes, easy management, reports. While solving her problem, we saw a huge gap: ServiceMinder lacks the intelligence that today’s businesses need. So we decided to take it further — as a SaaS, smarter and built for scale.
Smoort is now a SaaS platform that sits on top of ServiceMinder. The vision: a modern dashboard, intelligent automation, and an AI Copilot that does the manual work — route optimization, appointment management, customer messaging, reminders, reports, and more.
